Bags
Nationwide Arena has a LIMITED BAG policy. Bags permitted are limited to medical bags, diaper bags and clutches no larger than 8”x5”x1”. All bags will be subject to inspection and x-ray screening upon entry.
Cashless
Nationwide Arena is a cashless facility, and all purchases must be made with a debit/credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Reverse ATMs in the building will exchange cash for a no-fee debit card and those funds do not expire.
Entry and Security
All guests will be subject to a contactless walk-thru screening. Any prohibited items can be returned to your car or surrendered at security without return.
Parking
There are 15,000 parking spaces within a 10-minute walk. You can find parking lots and garages facilities adjacent to the arena, as well as in nearby. Pricing varies based on the event.

Tickets and Children Tickets
Nationwide Arena is a MOBILE ticket facility. Consider adding your tickets to your Apple Wallet/Google Pay in advance. Paper tickets and screenshots are not valid. Children under 2 years of age are admitted free of charge for MOST events if they sit on a lap. The age limit is subject to change.
