RENEWING INFRASTRUCTURE
& ELEVATING GUEST EXPERIENCE
Infrastructure & Safety
- Replace critical systems necessary to support ongoing operations
- Screening area security enhancements
- Add new elevators and replace escalators to improve access and connectivity
- Replace the North Parking Garage
- Improve site access and loading docks
- Relocate team/arena offices to Front Street office space
- Repurpose back-of-house spaces and enhance the media area
- Modernize the arena's core infrastructure and improve safety and accessibility
Guest Experience
- Expand Front Street entrance to speed entry, improve accessibility, visitor comfort and security
- Replace/refresh seating and expand premium spaces
- Overhaul concessions, restrooms, and refresh finishes
- Build a pedestrian bridge from the McConnell Parking Garage
- Add an upper concourse food hall connected to an improved Founder’s Club
- Expand upper concourse areas
- Improve the outdoor plaza, add a plaza bar, and add an expansive “watch party” digital display
- Construct a terrace/covered fan entrance
